As a family we decided to explore the Gulf Coast this past weekend. Cedar Key is just over an hour drive from our home. What a blessing to have both family time and a beautiful state to explore. We had no idea that the day we chose to visit Cedar Key was the inauguration of their new pier. In celebration of the special day, a fishing competition was held for the children. Nathan, Noah, and Rachel were able to try fishing for the first time as the equipment was provided for them. They had a great time fishing and even managed to catch a few little fish.
